      what do I need to set up a verified Randstad App account ?

      Create an account

      1. Download the Randstad app : find work
      2. Click on Create an account
      3. Here are the informations you will need to provide :
      • First name and last name
      • Email address (you'll receive an email verification)
      • Read and accept the Working with Integrity policy

      Log in and provide the necessary information to verify your profile:

      • Address
      • Birthday
      • SIN # (for tax purposes)
      • ID Verification (You'll need to provide a valid Passport, Driver's License, or Provincial photo card. Please note that student cards are not accepted.)
      • Selfie (Your ID should match the selfie, please ensure you look the same as your ID, as any discrepancies may require manual verification by our team members.)
      • Valid phone number (It's important to provide a valid phone number as we send text messages to confirm your attendance for shifts. You'll need to reply to these messages. Failure to respond may result in removal from the shift.)

      Now that your Randstad app profile is verified, you can start selecting your preferences and begin searching for a new job!

      If your profile needs to be manually verified, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide further instructions or updates.
