After completing a shift, you have the option to Prefer or Ban a worker.
- By Preferring a worker, you add them to a unique pool of workers who will see your job posts first and have the opportunity to accept the job before other workers.This is a great way to keep the workers who fit in best coming back to work for you.
- On the other hand, if a worker is not a good fit, you can Ban them. Banning a worker ensures that they will not be able to see any of your future job posts on the app.
This helps you ensure that you are getting the best staff possible.
